Summer 2018
What high adventure activities will we undertake next summer?
We discussed going to Venturing Week at The Summit; we will check on dates and deadlines and post more info soon
And there is interest in putting together an extended camping trip (ex: 1 week) to a place that we can reach by car, like New Mexico or Colorado. Not a BSA camp but perhaps a National Park or Forest.
More details will be coming.

Election of Crew Officers
We will select our next officers the way recommended in your Venturing Handbook:
Kristin has assembled a Nominating Committee.
They will develop a slate of nominees over the next 10 days
From that ballot we will vote in our new officers at the Sep 26 meeting.
Prior to the election that night, you will have the opportunity to nominate yourself or another before the vote.
IF there is more than one candidate for a given position, you will be asked to explain to the crew why you should be their choice.

Others that ranked fairly high were Holiday party, canoeing, river rafting, fishing, cycling, physical fitness, and wilderness survival.
